New Mexico Vacation – Day 2

We spent the night in Amarillo last night so that we could get an early start to New Mexico this morning. First stop was Cadillac Ranch (aka Cadillac Stonehenge). This was so awesome to see in person and I took lots of pictures. Here are a few. I will probably post more after I get home from vacation.

My mom, my neice, and I left on our road trip today. We made it from Denton to Amarillo and passed through Palo Duro Canyon on the way. Here are some of the pictures I got today.

I am sorry to say that I will not be able to continue with my 365 Challenge. As you may have noticed I have not posted pictures in several days. Between being a full time student and the rest of life I just do not have the time to take pictures on a daily basis. Finals are next week and I have lots of studying to do which leaves no time for fun. I will continue to take pictures and post on my blog as I am able to and I will continue to follow those of you who have followed me. As mentioned in a previous post I have a trip to New Mexico planned in the next month or two and plan to stop at the Cadillac Ranch, Roswell, New Mexico, and Santa Fe, New Mexico. Hope to get lots of pictures along the way. I hope you all will continue to follow as I attempt to grow as a photographer.

On Wednesday evening, my grandmother lost her battle with ovarian cancer. I spent a few days with my family and attending her funeral. I wanted to let those of you who follow my blog know that this is why I have no pictures for these days. I do thank you for all of your comments and support and will continue from this point to post photos that I hope you will enjoy. I am excited to say that I do have a trip to New Mexico planned in the next month or so and am excited for all of the awesome photo ops there will be.
